BROADWAY STUDIOS

This project presents an excellent opportunity to revitalise a series of dilapidated buildings (Broadway Film Studios) in Tooting Town Centre.  With private investment, we aim to create a vibrant and characterful mixed-use development that contributes significantly to the ongoing regeneration efforts.  The proposals align with the Tooting Business Plan and have generated excitement among local groups and authorities.  Our focus is on promoting car-free travel, reducing CO2 emissions, and creating new spaces for markets, events, and a small public square.  We plan to introduce retail and cafe units to enhance the town center experience, along with new residential units to enliven the streetscape.  We got a planning permission for increased floorspace, building extension, and signage to bring this vision to life.
