LIVERPOOL ROAD STREET, ANGEL

The Viet Garden is made up of two adjoining terrace properties, each with two floors. It is situated on the bustling Liverpool Street Road in Angel, a vibrant area known for its lively shopping and entertainment scene. Islington Green and Upper Street are nearby, offering a variety of cocktail bars, traditional pubs, and global eateries. It is in the Islington Conservation Area.

On the ground floor, you'll find the restaurant's dining areas, while the lower ground floor houses the kitchen, toilets, and storage facilities. The first floor is divided, with the northern section dedicated to restaurant support spaces and the southern section occupied by a flat with a sitting tenant.  Both the flat and the restaurant have separate entrances.

S16 successfully obtained planning permission to extend the rear of the property, creating additional dining space and ancillary facilities such as toilets and circulation areas. The external soft landscaping was also improved. Furthermore, S16 undertook a successful rebranding effort, transforming the previously run-down restaurant and upgrading the space and interior while adhering to a tight budget.
