A new built project is located in the heart of Peckham, near the high street, with key features including proximity to a green area, a view of Peckham high street, and a previously divided plot. The site is vacant, except for an electricity substation. It is within a conservation area and archaeology priority zone. The project  aims to unify the block, minimize impact, and enhance views. The ground floor retains a traditional façade, while the residential area follows a terrace layout. Rooms meet standards for light and ventilation, and balconies provide privacy. The public house layout is accessible and adaptable. Each dwelling has private amenity space, but communal space is limited due to site constraints.
