RAVENSBOURNE ARM
The proposal is to redevelop a site on the outskirts of Catford and Lewisham town centers. The plan is to construct a two-story residential building with two two-bedroom houses, along with landscaping and garages. The site is conveniently located between Romborough Way and Legge Street, and is not in a flood zone or conservation area. However, it is adjacent to the St. Mary's conservation area, known for its civic buildings and Victorian terraces. The site is bordered by a pub and residential properties, enclosed by varying-height brick walls. Previously, it was used as a car park and beer garden for the pub's Ravensbourne Arms.
