BLENHEIM GARDENS, BRIXTON

We successfully obtained planning permission to convert a run-down warehouse into 34 live/work units and residential flats in the vibrant area of Brixton, South London. The warehouse, located in Blenheim Gardens, was characterized by its worn-out state and distinctive Critall metal high windows and doors. Careful attention was given to the design process to ensure the preservation of the warehouse's original charm and unique features.  All the Critall windows and doors were incorporated and installed, enhancing the warehouse's aesthetic appeal while keeping its historic character intact.
